Orders approved by 12:00 PM (Eastern Time), Monday–Friday begin processing the same business day. Orders after 12:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. public holidays start next business day.

Processing & Handling Time

• Standard handling: 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Freight orders may require a phone or email confirmation for delivery scheduling; we’ll reach out within 24 hours of order placement if needed.

Delivery Methods & Estimated Transit Times

Free Standard Shipping (Contiguous U.S.)

• Service area: The 48 contiguous U.S. states.

• Transit time: 5–10 business days after the 1–3 business-day processing window.

• Cost: Free.

• Service notes: Ground or LTL curbside delivery, Monday–Friday, with tracking provided by email.

Remote Area Shipping (AK, HI, PR)

• Service area: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.

• Transit time: 7–15 business days after the 1–3 business-day processing window.

• Cost: $150 flat surcharge per shipment (shown at checkout before payment).

• Service notes: LTL/freight partners schedule delivery where applicable; curbside delivery only.

Expedited Freight Shipping

• Service area: Available nationwide where carrier service is supported.

• Transit time: 3–5 business days after the 1–3 business-day processing window.

• Cost: $250 flat fee (calculated at checkout).

• Service notes: Priority LTL/freight handling; curbside delivery.

Free Shipping Conditions

• Free standard shipping applies to all orders to the contiguous U.S.

• Remote Area Shipping (AK, HI, PR) adds a $150 freight surcharge.

• Expedited Freight is optional at $250.

Delivery Scope & Access

• Freight/LTL services are curbside only. Inside delivery, liftgate, or redelivery fees (if required) are handled by the carrier and may incur additional charges.

• Please ensure accurate delivery information and accessible receiving conditions (e.g., safe curb access).

Delays & Exceptions

Severe weather, carrier capacity, or remote-access constraints can place delivery at the upper end of the stated windows. Holidays may shift timelines to the next business day.
