The prices listed on our site include the product and the $300 flat-rate shipping fee, exclusive of applicable sales tax.
2. Conditions of Sale
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to verify your delivery location and site accessibility before final dispatch.
Payment: All payments are processed securely via SSL-encrypted gateways. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, and PayPal.
Title of Goods: The legal title to the container passes to the customer only after full payment is received and the unit is successfully delivered to the site.
3. Shipping & Site Requirements
By placing an order, you agree to provide a delivery site that meets our technical requirements:
Accessibility: You must ensure a firm, level surface (concrete, gravel, or hard-packed dirt) and sufficient clearance (100ft for 40ft units).
Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to inadequate site preparation or the customer’s absence, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery or storage fees.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Global Containers Line, LLC and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Global Containers Line, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or the inability to access the Site. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific item sold.
