Welcome to Global Containers Line, LLC. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our industrial shipping containers. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these legal terms.
1. Accuracy and Transparency
We are committed to providing accurate product information. However, as shipping containers are industrial-grade steel units, minor cosmetic variations (e.g., surface scratches, light dings, or color fading) are standard and do not affect the structural integrity or “Wind and Water Tight” (WWT) status of the unit.
Pricing: All prices are in USD.
Shipping Costs: A $300 flat-rate shipping fee is applied to each unit. Any remote-area surcharges will be clearly disclosed to the user before the transaction is finalized.
Availability: We only list inventory that is physically present at our 3PL depot network.
2. Order Acceptance and Contract
The receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our formal acceptance of your order.
Verification: Because of the high-value nature of these assets, a container specialist will contact you within 24 business hours to verify site accessibility and delivery logistics.
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order if the delivery site is deemed inaccessible by a standard freight carrier or if there is a clear pricing error on the site.
3. Shipping and Technical Site Requirements
By agreeing to these Terms, you certify that your delivery site meets the following standards:
Surface: Must be firm, level, and capable of supporting a 20ft or 40ft unit (e.g., concrete, asphalt, or hard-packed gravel).
Clearance: You must provide at least 100ft of straight-line clearance for a 40ft unit.
Failed Delivery: If a driver arrives and the site is inaccessible or unsafe, the customer will be responsible for the failed delivery fee and any storage costs incurred.
4. Payment and Security
Methods: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal.
Security: Our checkout is 128-bit SSL encrypted. We are fully PCI DSS compliant and do not store your full credit card data on our servers.
5. Returns and Restocking Fees
All returns must adhere to our Refund & Return Policy:
Window: 30 calendar days from delivery.
Restocking Fee: A 20% fee applies to non-defective returns.
Freight: The customer is responsible for the actual cost of return freight for “change of mind” returns.
6. Limitation of Liability
Global Containers Line, LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from improper unit placement, site subsidence, or failure to meet local zoning laws for container storage. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the container.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
